1. Acceptance of These Terms

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading files to public websites, file-sharing services, social media, forums, marketplaces, or cloud folders intended for public access.
• Reselling or distributing purchased files.
• Sharing download links, access credentials, answer pages, resolution pages, or unlocked files publicly.
• Creating derivative products, competing products, or commercial experiences based on CasePursuit materials.
• Removing copyright notices, branding, or other ownership markings.

7. Intellectual Property

All CasePursuit content, including but not limited to names, logos, case titles, storylines, characters, evidence documents, layouts, graphics, files, copy, website content, product images, and design elements, is owned by CasePursuit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission except as allowed by these Terms.

8. Online Access Pages, Unlocks, and Final Submissions
